Style

OOTD: Stylish in white for TBP Bloggers Brunch 2.

Notice that a new outfit post comes up when I have the opportunity to leave my house/school to go out? That is because it’s category on this blog is called “Personal Style”. It is just basically, a fancy way to say, “I take pictures of whatever I wear.” Obviously, it is different from being a fashion blogger. That is a whole different ball game. I don’t even know if I can get my butt out of bed long enough to keep up with crazy trends.

Therefore, before I ramble too much, let me brief you about my ootd. And do appreciate whatever my student-friendly budget allows me to wear.

This was the look for the “all white The Blogger Point bloggers brunch.”

I was so happy that I didn’t miss this event. Blogging has boosted a lot of things for me. Confidence, ability to network, self-appreciation etc. This event was, in summary, to just shed light on the fact that the blogosphere in Nigeria may be new, but it is waxing strong.

Here’s what I wore.

Shoes.

I picked sneakers not heels because I was going to be walking around and networking with 60 plus different people. I didn’t want to trip and fall and be awkward. ☺️ The sneakers was pure comfort!

Dress.

The dress was just random and coincidental and I ended up liking it wayyy more when I wore it, than when I actually saw it. I love love love the flower patch!

It showed just enough decoulatage and legs! Win win!

Purse.

The purse was a pop of colour as all white didn’t actually mean all white. Right? Right?

Hair.

My hair was a hit! First time I took out time to style my hair and I loved it! I’m definitely going to experiment more.

Brunch Proper:

Location was Barbar Lagos. I hear they have affordable wings and chips so trust that I’ll be back! 😂
